
Refund Policy

Change of Behaviour: Life Coaching
We value transparency and want every client to feel confident in their coaching experience. This Refund Policy outlines how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for our coaching services.
Single Sessions
​Refunds are available for single sessions under the following conditions:

If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may request a full refund or reschedule your session at no additional cost.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be charged in full and no refund will be issued, except in cases of emergency or at the discretion of the coach.
Coaching Packages
​All coaching packages are pre-paid and non-refundable once the first session has occurred. However:

If you cancel before the first session of a package, a full refund may be issued.

If you need to pause or reschedule a package, we will make reasonable accommodations to extend the validity period or adjust the schedule, within six months of the original purchase date.
Refunds for partially used packages are not typically provided unless there are exceptional circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Late or Missed Sessions
Missed sessions without prior notice are considered forfeit and will not be refunded. If you are more than 15 minutes late to a session without communication, the session may be canceled and considered a missed appointment.

Satisfaction & Commitment
Your satisfaction matters. While coaching results depend on your effort and engagement, if you feel that our sessions are not meeting your expectations, please reach out to discuss concerns. We are committed to open communication and mutual respect.
