​​The services provided by Change of Behaviour: Life Coaching are not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. While I am trained in behavioural psychology and certified as a life coach, I am not a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist, social worker, or medical doctor, and I do not provide psychotherapy, counseling, or medical services.
Coaching is a professional partnership designed to help clients reach personal and professional goals through self-discovery, accountability, and action-oriented strategies. It is distinct from mental health counseling or therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
By engaging in coaching services, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, and actions.

Coaching is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

If you are experiencing severe psychological distress, suicidal thoughts, or a mental health emergency, you should contact a licensed mental health professional or call emergency services immediately.
All information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential, within the limits of the law. Exceptions may include situations where there is a risk of harm to self or others, disclosure of abuse, or as otherwise required by law.
Change of Behaviour: Life Coaching and Therapy and its owner shall not be held liable for any actions or outcomes resulting from coaching sessions. All decisions and actions taken are solely the responsibility of the client.
