Founder of Change of Behaviour: Life Coaching
Hello, I’m Matt Chiasson. I'm a certified life coach, behavioural psychology scholar, and founder of Change of Behaviour: Life Coaching.
I started this service with the aim to help individuals turn self-awareness into aligned action by creating a space where growth feels safe, structured, and deeply personal.

I hold certification from the Certified Life Coach Institute and am currently completing my Honours Bachelor of Behavioural Psychology at Seneca Polytechnic (expected 2026), following my graduation from the Behavioural Sciences diploma program in 2024. My approach to coaching blends evidence-based behavioural psychology strategies with coaching tools and philosophy which fosters clarity, accountability, and transformation.
I possess experience in mental health and addiction support, frontline crisis care, and over five years in hospitality leadership. I strive to bring a calm, focused, and compassionate presence to every session. I’ve honed strong skills in crisis de-escalation, emotional regulation, and therapeutic communication, all of which now support clients working through life transitions, habit change, and life after trauma.

Additionally, I also proudly serve on a student leadership board as chair of equity, diversity, and inclusion. I'm particularly proud of this because I believe that meaningful personal growth happens not only in ourselves but in how we show up in our community.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, seeking clarity, or rewriting the narrative after a difficult chapter, I’m here to walk beside you — with science, strategy, and deep care. Let’s work together to shift patterns, align your choices with your values, and move forward one step at a time.
